Users’ Satisfaction to Medical Examination and Treatment Services with Health Insurance Cards In NINH BINH Province, Vietnam

Health insurance is an important social policy with humanitarian meaning and profound community sharing, which highly valued promoted by the Vietnamese Government in security system. Therefore, it necessary to study users’ satisfaction medical examination treatment services health cards. Based on questionnaire surveys, research team conducted Cronbach's Alpha analysis of each factor, assessed scale reliability. Multivariate regression ANOVA test showed that all four components: services, human resources, costs, information products positively affected cards Ninh Binh province, Vietnam. survey results exchanged directly people who came for treatment, drew out shortcomings users card sin province. Shortcomings were pointed as basis proposals improve quality insured subjects including: costs response levels; Medical process doctor’s responsibility. Reasonable waiting time hospital environment; insurance-based drug delivery.
